Over the last 3 months we have reviewed over 200 resumes from around the world and interviewed very talented candidates the length and breadth of the country.  We are delighted to announce and promote our very own Paul A Williams current head coach of U15 boys Premier as the new FFJ DOC effective November 1st 2013.

Paul is a former English professional with over 350 professional appearances in the Premier League for Crystal Palace, Charlton Athletic, Sheffield Wednesday and Birmingham City and scored over 80 goals in a career spanning 12 years. Whilst playing in the Premier League he was capped with the England National team at both Under 21 and Senior levels.

Paul is not only a technical genius, he is the consummate professional who brings passion, dedication and respect into his everything he does. He will be a fantastic ambassador for the Club and has a clear and exciting vision for our future which he will share with us all very soon. Dave in his capacity as interim DOC has been an absolute superstar and will work with Paul during the transitional period. We could not be where we are today without Dave's dedication and we are all extremely grateful.
