This event is aimed to access your fitness level according to your gender and age on a National Level.
Southwest Florida Fitness Test Includes: 
Beep Test Score
40 yard dash time
Short Shuttle
Vertical Jump
3 Cone Drill
Active Dynamic Warm Up
Nutrition/Hydration Seminar

After the event via email you will be provided with your score and how you matched up with players in your age range and gender.  The top overall fitness score for each gender will receive 8 training session to be used in a month’s time at Total Athletic Performance at no cost.
